Denkendorf, 05.16.2022<\/strong> – Hendrike Dreier joins the management team of pepper motion GmbH with immediate effect as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her new role as Chief Financial Officer at the pioneer in commercial vehicle electrification, Hendrike will lead an 11-person team. She is responsible in particular for Accounting & Reporting, Controlling, Investor Relations & Organizational Development as well as Sustainability Management, ESG & CSR.<\/p>\n

Focus on Investor Confidence\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the recent successful Series A funding for pepper (press release of 04.25.2022<\/a>), the primary goal of Hendrike’s team is to further develop and expand shareholder reporting and to provide the best possible support to the business in achieving its operational goals. A high level of networking within the company as well as transparency and a timely flow of information to investors are key factors for success for them.<\/p>\n

Hendrike Dreier’s Resume<\/strong><\/p>\n

Holding a degree in business administration, Hendrike began her career in auditing at Arthur Andersen in Hanover. In addition to several international positions in auditing and consulting in Australia and London, she has worked in the supervision of the Australian stock exchange ASX, and in the finance departments of The KaDeWe Group GmbH and Mister Spex SE, among others.<\/p>\n

Hendrike describes her personal motivation for the new area of responsibility at pepper thus: “Above all, I’m excited by the opportunity to contribute via pepper to a climate-friendly and emission-free future of mobility. The feeling of being part of such a motivated and inspiring team working towards this mission fills me with great drive and pride.”<\/p>\n
