Denkendorf, September 15, 2022<\/strong> \u2013 The \u0160koda Group, a Czech manufacturer of local public transport solutions, signed a memorandum of understanding with pepper motion GmbH on September 5, 2022. \u0160koda offers its customers a wide range of tailored solutions for the mobility of the future in local public transport networks. This is now being expanded to include the new option of converting diesel buses to e-buses<\/a> using innovative technology from pepper.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs our partner, pepper will work with us in future to convert diesel buses to clean e-buses. I\u2019m delighted that we can now offer this service in addition to the upgrading of trolleybuses with new battery technology. Compared with a new diesel bus, a bus retrofitted by pepper saves around 70 tons of carbon emissions per year.
